Good week for playing hooky

“If you wait… it will come”. This is a lesson I have been taught many times, but this year it was a hard one to practice. We have all surely been waiting patiently, wondering when the next big storm was going to come to the Pacific Northwest. There have definitely been some really fun powder days this year, but nothing like the last 2 years. Finally though… it’s coming. Massive storms have been forming to the north of the PNW and flowing down from Alaska. They are bringing the cold temperatures with them for a change, and just in a nick of time too. Because I was beginning to think the season was coming to an end. But sure enough, just when I thought spring was here, and my allergies were starting to rage, mother nature delivered us the goods.
